Terms and Shoot Conditions

 

 

 

 

We require a mutually agreed to deposit, a minimum of 30 days in advance of the actual shoot date. This deposit will be forfeit, if the customer fails to notify us of cancellation of the shoot, a minimum of 30 days in advance.

All decisions for shooting are at the sole discretion of our Designated Lead Shooter (DLS) and the local Fire Marshall or appointed Fire Authority. If a shoot can't be fired based on whatever conditions may impact the event, customer and DLS will agree to a desiganted alternative fire date and time, or this date may be agreed to ahead of time.
